By using this website, you provide us with certain data. This can be personal data. We only retain the personal data you provide with the intention that you provide it to us for processing for the requested service. 

Visiting the website

Cookies are placed when you visit our website. This enables us to follow your behaviour on our website, but we process your data anonymously. This information allows us to improve the user-friendliness of our website and to analyse important search terms. You will find a cookie page at the bottom of the website. You can view and change your consent here. 

We do not record the IP addresses of European visitors.  

Security

Our website is secured by a SSL certificate. This certificate ensures that your data is sent securely and the connection is private. When you enter your personal data in a form on our website, this is stored in the CMS database. Our organisation and the website developers are able to view this data. 

Contact form

When you fill in a contact form or send us an email, your data, including your IP address, is stored for as long as necessary to process and respond to the content, up to a maximum of 30 days. The form only asks for the data necessary to be of service to you. This includes your name, email address and message content. After 30 days, all your data, including your IP address, is deleted.  

Newsletter

You can sign up to our newsletter on our website. If you sign up for the newsletter, we will register your email address. We will use your email address to send you our newsletter. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. We will store your email address for as long as you remained signed up to our newsletter. Your IP address will also be stored and deleted after 30 days.
